Andersen is looking for a Backend Developer (.NET) in Germany to build a microservices platform for AI-driven financial analytics, integrating diverse data sources and scalable cloud services.
The customer is a tech-driven fintech company developing an AI-powered platform for financial market analysis, using multi-agent systems to process large volumes of market data and news. The solution focuses on intelligent query generation, sentiment analysis, data visualization, and scalable cross-platform web and mobile applications supported by a high-performance backend.
The project is focused on evolving a data-driven backend platform based on a microservices architecture and extending it with an AI-powered application for financial analytics. It brings together diverse data sources, event-driven communication, containerized services, and cloud-based AI capabilities to deliver advanced insights and support digital transformation across financial processes.
Responsibilities- Developing and maintaining backend components of an AI platform for financial analysis, including APIs for a multi-agent AI chatbot.
- Integrating external financial data sources via APIs and processing and clustering financial data.
- Working with microservice and message-driven architectures using C#, ASP.NET Core, Mass Transit, and Rabbit
MQ. - Deploying and operating services on AWS Kubernetes, using Docker, Ubuntu Server, Portainer, and CI/CD tools such as Git Hub Actions and Git Hub NuGet Packages.
- Working with Timescale
DB/Postgre
SQL and Mongo
DB databases.
- Experience as a .NET Backend Developer for 4+ years.
- Experience integrating and processing financial data sources, including structuring, clustering, and exposing data via APIs for multi-agent or chatbot solutions.
- Strong expertise in C# and ASP.NET Core with hands-on experience in microservices architecture.
- Practical experience with Entity Framework Core and background job processing using Hangfire.
- Hands-on experience with Postgre
SQL (primary) and Mongo
DB. - Experience working with Docker and Portainer on Ubuntu Server, as well as Kubernetes in AWS environments.
- Experience using Git Hub NuGet Packages and Git Hub Actions.
- Level of German – from Intermediate+ and above.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud tools for monitoring and AI models.
- Experience working with equities and securities, with a solid understanding of the financial domain.
