Freelance SAP RE-FX Migration Consultant – Lead an S/4

HANA Real Estate Migration (Germany – Remote)

One of Energize’s clients is preparing for a large-scale SAP S/4

HANA RE‑FX migration and is seeking an experienced SAP RE‑FX Migration Architect to take ownership of the migration concept and execution. The role focuses on complex real estate structures, IFRS 16 compliance, and high‑quality migration delivery.

• Lead and conduct workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Design and define the RE‑FX migration concept for S/4
  
  HANA.
• Oversee and validate migration results, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Analyse master and transactional data and dependencies of SAP real estate objects.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 16, lease contracts, service charge settlements, and assessments.
• Collaborate with adjacent SAP modules (FI, CO, FI‑CA) where required.

• Strong functional real estate domain expertise, ideally gained within the real estate industry.
• 5+ years hands‑on experience with SAP RE‑FX.
• Experience working with large real estate portfolios.
• SNP project experience is high preference; alternatively, 5+ years of SAP migration experience.
• Solid understanding of RE‑FX master and transactional data structures.
• German language skills at B2 minimum, ideally C1.
• Duration:
  February 2026 – December 2026 + Extension
• Working Model:
  Fully remote, with very occasional onsite work in Frankfurt (2–3 times per year)
