JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE

Key Responsibilities Word Press & Woo Commerce Development- Design, develop, and maintain custom Word Press themes and plugins.
- Optimize Woo Commerce for performance and scalability in a multi-site configuration.
- Implement complex e-commerce solutions and integrations.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient PHP8 code within custom plugins.
- Design and manage MySQL 8 databases to ensure data integrity and security.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrations with third-party services.
- Integrate with and modify external NodeJS services.
- Use Elementor to build out new content pages and templates.
- Build custom Elementor widgets for use within templates.
- Build and improve custom dashboards.
- Use Git for version control and collaborative development using feature branches.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Manage AWS infrastructure to support development, testing, and production environments.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
- Monitor and optimize cloud resources for cost and performance.
- Integrate and manage payment gateways such as and GiveX.
- Implement tax calculations and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve transaction-related issues.
- Manage and improve existing integrations with various platforms.
- Work to help transition over to a new unified platform.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Word Press and Woo Commerce development.
- Experience with a production multi-site application.
- Strong proficiency in PHP8 and MySQL 8.
- Experience with Git.
- Experience with AWS Dev Ops infrastructure management.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of financial transaction systems and payment gateways.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Dynamics or other ERP / CRM platforms.
- Experience conducting ADA audits / improving site ADA compliance.
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment.
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000
