Workplace: Mostly remote, occasional visits in Warsaw

Contract type: Contract of Mandate / B2B

Enterprise Transformation (ET) is a rapidly growing department responsible for new Enterprise Products, Data Science, Operations and Support for the Enterprise Products in our portfolio, and a Centre of Excellence that aims to make it easier, faster and better to architect, build and test software.

• Lead by example — still coding, but setting the bar for quality and craftsmanship
• Mentor and guide more junior developers
• Shape technical direction and drive consistency across services
• Review designs and PRs to ensure alignment with architectural principles
• Challenge assumptions and drive pragmatic decisions based on evidence
• Help decompose complex business problems into well-structured backend solutions
• Drive automation, observability, and CI/CD excellence
• Collaborate across teams to ensure interoperability and reuse

You will fill the role of a Tech Lead with focus on backend development on the web applications that our team is building. It is expected that you have senior experience (5+ years) with most of the following technologies:

• BE language:

• Containerization:
