Role Overview :
We are seeking talented and motivated Senior Software Engineers from Tier 1 universities or companies in the USA to join our talent network for upcoming projects in 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the development of innovative software solutions that reach millions of users. The ideal candidates will possess a strong technical background, have experience working in fast-paced environments, and be passionate about coding and problem-solving.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

• Working on AI model training initiatives by curating code examples, building solutions, and correcting code in Python, JavaScript (including React
  
  JS), C/C++, Java, Rust, and Go
• Evaluate and refine AI-generated code to ensure that it is efficient, scalable, and reliable
• Collaborate withcross-functionalteamsto enhance AI-drivencoding solutionsagainstindustryperformance benchmarks
• Build agents that can verify the quality of the code and identify error patterns
• Hypothesize on steps in the software engineering cycle (prototyping, architecture design, API design, production implementation, launch, experiments, monitoring, operational maintenance) and evaluate model capabilities on them
• Design verification mechanisms that can automatically verify a solution to a software engineering task

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field from a Tier 1 university and/or relevant professional experience from a Tier 1 company
• 5+ years of software development experience in backend and/or frontend technologies
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Java Script
• Proven experience with modern technologies and frameworks
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, architectures, and best practices

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to challenges
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
