• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend microservices
• Implement robust server‑side business logic supporting TSCNET operational services

• Ensure application security, reliability and high availability
• Collaborate closely with frontend developers, Dev Ops engineers, architects, business analysts and product owners
• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement activities

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering
• Strong experience (3+ years) in backend development using languages such as Java, Python, C#, C++ or Node.js
• Database experience (Postgre
  
  SQL and Mongo
  
  DB)
• Experience with backend frameworks (e.g. Spring Boot, .NET, Django, FastAPI)
• Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and distributed systems and design patterns
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD processes and build automation tools as Maven and Gradle
• Understanding of design deliverables as UML and BPMN diagrams
