• Develop and maintain both frontend and backend components of applications
• Design end-to-end technical solutions based on business requirements
• Work across the full software development lifecycle
• Ensure smooth integration between systems, services, and user interfaces
• Experience delivering design artifacts using UML and BPMN modeling languages
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, business analysts and technical teams
• Support deployment and production troubleshooting activities

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering
• Proven experience (5+ years) in both frontend and backend software development
• Strong experience (3+ years) in backend development using languages such as Java, Python, C#, C++ or Node.js
• Database experience (Postgre
  
  SQL)
• Understanding and configuration experience with VM environments
• Proficiency in at least one backend language and one frontend framework
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and web technologies
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile development practices and build automation tools such as Maven and Gradle
• Strong problem-solving skills and a holistic technical mindset
