Plus, you will support our AI experts in implementing innovative projects by driving the software development. You will collaborate with our agile team in a hybrid mode - remotely and in the office in Würzburg. You'll work on building robust, scalable backend systems that power cutting-edge AI applications, with a focus on clean architecture, security, and operational excellence.
Our stack is Python-based - we're looking for developers who bring strong Python backend experience and are excited to build high-quality services with it.

We offer a full-time position (40 hours per week),
initially on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the intention to convert it into a permant role upon sucessful performance and positive business impact.

  Strong Python backend development experience - Experience with FastAPI is preferred, but we welcome backgrounds in Django, Flask, or other Python web frameworks.
• Design and implementation of scalable backend systems
• Understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and system design principles
• Experience with modern API frameworks and patterns (REST, Graph
  
  QL, etc.)
• Database management (SQL and/or No
  
  SQL)
• Implementation of security best practices (input validation, secure authentication, encryption)
• Container technologies (Docker, container orchestration)
• CI/CD pipeline development and automation
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
• Comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end testing)
