We are looking for a Software Engineer (f/m/d) with strong development skills for our headquarters in Giebelstadt/Germany (on-site only).
As a member of one of our Scrum teams, you will play a key role in the technical implementation an optimization of our games. A major focus of your work will be the porting of our titles to mobile devices (iOS, Android) as well as to modern console platforms such as Play Station, Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.
You will work closely with developers, artists, and designers to ensure that our games deliver a convincing technical and gameplay experience across a wide range of platforms. This includes adapting to various hardware requirements, platform-specific features, and optimizing performance and memory usage.
In your daily work, you will primarily use the following programming languages and engines: C# / C++, Unity, Unreal Engine, Custom engines

- Passion for games and willingness to deepen your knowledge of game development – especially in the area of mobile and console porting
- Knowledge of relevant technologies and operating systems (PC, iOS, Android, Play Station, Xbox, or Nintendo Switch)
- Experience with platform integration, such as input interfaces, achievements/trophies, controller layouts, storefront or SDK integrations
- Practical experience in mobile and/or console optimization (memory, rendering, performance, build pipelines)

- Knowledge of 2D/3D graphics, animations, or shaders
- Ability, to adapt quickly to new projects, workflows, and technical requirements
- Self-motivation, a strong sense of responsibility, and a team-oriented, structured and clean way of working
- Industry experience in game development is a plus
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken English
