Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

" Lead the design and development of React-based applications following industry best practices and coding standards.
" Define and evolve front-end architecture, including component strategy and performance optimization approaches.
" Own technical decisions related to UI architecture and scalability.

Development & Quality Assurance

" Review code and mentor React developers to ensure high code quality, maintainability, and consistency.
" Address complex UI issues and drive resolution through effective design and implementation.
" Ensure performance, usability, and reliability of front-end applications.

Collaboration & Delivery

" Collaborate with product, UX, backend, and Dev Ops teams to drive end-to-end feature delivery.
" Support release activities and ensure application stability in production environments.
" Provide technical leadership throughout the development lifecycle.

Skills & Qualifications

" Strong experience leading React.js front-end development.
" Proven expertise in front-end architecture, performance optimization, and component design.
" Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.
" Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex UI challenges.
" Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
