Full-Stack Web Application Developer
We are looking for a Full-Stack Web Application Developer to own our internal and customer‑facing web applications. The role works closely with designers, sales, installers, operations, and leadership to build tools and integrations that streamline our business processes.
Responsibilities- Own and maintain the suite of web applications – sales, design, installer, operations, and customer portals.
- Ship new features that reduce manual effort for designers and other users.
- Debug and resolve integration issues with lead sources (websites, dealer networks, Google, Houzz, Angi).
- Participate in production meetings to understand workflows before building.
- Deploy releases early in the morning to avoid disrupting daily operations.
- Write concise trade‑off documentation for build‑vs‑buy decisions.
- Collaborate with leadership to decide product priorities and roadmap.
- Occasionally travel to HQ or showroom to uncover on‑site pain points.
- Shipped production software that users rely on and held accountable when it broke.
- Can converse with non‑technical stakeholders and turn feedback into buildable specs.
- Comfortable as a full‑stack developer, coding on both front‑end and back‑end.
- Experience with AI coding tools and can articulate trust boundaries.
- Owns multiple systems and delivers excellence rather than spinning a dozen.
- Built internal tools, CRMs, dashboards, scheduling apps – ideally for contractors or home‑services businesses.
- Team player who listens, finishes tasks, and revisits issues until resolved.
- Open to working at a faith‑rooted company.
- Bonus: experience in an EOS shop and familiarity with L10, Rock, IDS, Accountability Chart.
- Technical skills:
- Front‑end – JavaScript/Type Script, React or Vue.
- Back‑end – Node.js, Python (Django/FastAPI), C#/.NET, PHP (Laravel), Ruby on Rails, or equivalent.
- Database – Postgre
SQL, MySQL, or SQL Server. - Cloud/Deploy – AWS preferred, Git, CI/CD, production deployment experience.
- Integrations – APIs, webhooks, CRM, scheduler, email/SMS connections.
- AI‑assisted coding – Claude, Cursor, Copilot, with real opinions on AI usage.
- Bonus points:
- Experience with AWS, internal‑tool/CRM build.
- Prior integrations with contractor/home‑services platforms (Market Sharp, Job Nimbus, Hub Spot, Service Titan, etc.).
- Lead pipelines from Google Local Services, Houzz, Angi.
- Rollback discipline and migration experience from existing CRMs.
- Technology strategy goal on the 2026 plan shipped with visible progress.
- AI strategy implemented, removing meaningful paperwork for the team.
- Source control, environments, deployment discipline, and documentation established.
- Designers, sales and operations no longer report recurring friction points.
- Leadership can access new dashboards that were not available before.
- Issues are resolved quickly with clear documentation to prevent recurrence.
Compensation: $95,000‑$125,000 base, depending on experience, with potential for higher at the top end for a strategic hire. Health benefits, retirement match, and an annual bonus tied to delivery.
Location: Mostly remote, with periodic on‑site time at Glandorf HQ and Powell showroom; a few days per quarter, more initially.
Hours: Full‑time. May require early‑morning releases; self‑managed schedule with consideration for Monday‑morning team starts.
Reports to: Leadership.
