V&V Engineer; m​/f​/d Digital Health | Software Testing & Validation

As a V&V Engineer, you will support our international customers in the quality assurance of medical software.

Your area of activity includes, among other things:

• Design, verification and validation of software solutions
• Responsibility for software validation according to GAMP5
• Planning, execution and documentation of tests along the software lifecycle
• Development of test strategies, test plans and test cases
• Establishment and further development of test automation and tool chains
• Implementation of UI, API, integration and system tests

We use the following technologies, for example:

• Unit & Integration Testing: xUnit, NUnit, JUnit, Jest
• BDD / Test specification:
  Cucumber
• Web UI Testing:
  Selenium, Cypress, Test Cafe
• API Testing:
  Bruno

For us, AI is not a trend, but a tool – and as with any tool, it depends on how it is used.
You use AI assistance systems specifically as a performance booster, continuously develop your workflow and know:
Speed without quality only leads to wrong results faster – in testing, reliability counts more than speed

• Degree in computer science, medical technology, medical informatics, physics, mathematics or similar
• Experience in test management and the development of test strategies is an advantage
• Experience in setting up test tool chains is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of UI testing (manual & automated)
• Understanding of software development processes and programming skills
• Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with various QMS systems
• Ideally ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• High customer orientation and analytical thinking
