Fullstack Engineer (Mid to Senior)

As a Fullstack Engineer, you will play a key role across the entire software development lifecycle, including estimation, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of applications built for our clients.

You will collaborate closely with solution architects, designers, and developers to translate wireframes and creative concepts into functional and technical solutions. This role requires strong ownership, technical excellence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly agile environment.

You will also work regularly with international teams, so strong communication skills and a proactive mindset are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Collaborate with architects and developers to translate designs into technical solutions
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code using Test Driven Development (TDD)
Contribute to technical design decisions and system architecture
Develop, test, deploy, and support scalable applications
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Ensure user stories meet acceptance criteria and maintain high quality standards
Debug and resolve production issues using logging and monitoring tools
Collaborate with business stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Continuously learn and adopt modern technologies, tools, and practices

Essential Requirements

Strong professional experience with C# Core ecosystem
Experience with React and testing frameworks such as Jest
Proficiency in JavaScript and Type Script
Experience working with containerized applications (Docker, ECS or Kubernetes)
Experience building CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Tekton, or similar)
Knowledge of message-based architectures (SNS/SQS or similar)
Understanding of relational and No

SQL databases (Postgres preferred, JSON data types)
Solid experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
Familiarity with design patterns and principles (e.g., SOLID; GOF is a plus)
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong ability to refactor and improve existing codebases
Ability to work effectively in complex, fast-paced environments

Desirable Skills

Experience with Continuous Integration practices
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS (or Azure)
Experience with cloud-native data stores
