Qualifications
7+ years of engineering experience, 3+ in AI/ML
Fluent in Python, Tensor Flow or PyTorch, and MLOps workflows
Experience with LLMs, vector databases, semantic search, or fine tuning
Comfortable writing and shipping code yourself — not just leading
Skilled in using AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, Code Whisperer, etc.)
Strong product sense and a startup builder's mindset
