Windchill PLM Technical Lead – Hybrid in Guadalajara
We are seeking a highly skilled Windchill PLM Technical Lead with 7+ years of experience to join a long-term enterprise project. This role focuses on leading development teams, implementing PLM solutions, and ensuring best practices in Windchill environments aligned with engineering and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead development and support of Windchill PLM applications.
- Provide technical leadership, including code reviews and best practices enforcement.
- Design, customize, and configure Windchill components such as PDMLink, MPMLink, Workflow, OIR, and Info Engine.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering and manufacturing environments.
- Design and manage integrations with CAD, ERP, and custom systems.
- Ensure system performance, scalability, and security.
- Support data migration and system optimization initiatives.
- Work with development tools and version control systems.
- 7+ years of experience in Windchill PLM development and support
- Strong experience with Windchill modules (PDMLink, MPMLink, Workflow, OIR, Info Engine)
- Strong programming skills in Java, J2EE, JSP, JavaScript, XML
- Experience with Eclipse, Git/SVN, and Dev Ops tools (YAML)
- Experience with Oracle SQL and database queries
- Knowledge of CAD data management and Change Management processes
- Experience integrating Windchill with ERP (e.g., SAP) and CAD systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
- Advanced English
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Location:
Guadalajara, Jalisco (Hybrid) - Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
