R-We are looking for a motivated Intern (f/m/d) to support our embedded software development activities in the automotive domain. You will work closely with experienced engineers on real-world projects with complex networking challenges in Automotive Ethernet, communication stacks, and system-level debugging.
This role offers hands-on exposure to developing automotive software of excellent quality and is ideal for students who want to deepen their practical skills alongside their studies.##
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain embedded C software for automotive ECUs
* Work with TCP/IP stacks from LwIP, FreeRTOS, Zephyr, and Linux environments to develop standalone SW for automotive use cases.
* Debug software and hardware issues using Lauterbach, P&E Micro, or similar tools
* Perform root-cause analysis of software and HW-related faults
* Support software design, and documentation activities##
Required Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Embedded or Automotive Systems
* Strong C programming skills for embedded systems
* Familiarity with OSI layers, AUTOSAR communication and diagnostics concepts
* Experience with at least one RTOS or embedded OS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, Linux)
* Experience with low-level debugging and hardware bring-up
* Good software design and analytical skills
