Location: Germany
Senior AI Engineer (Logistics):
Building and scaling AI agents for intelligent automation and data-aware systems with an accent on RAG pipelines, model evaluation, and LLM orchestration. Focus on designing reliable, cost-efficient AI infrastructure to optimize last-mile delivery operations at scale.
Location:
Hybrid (Berlin, Germany), must be able to work from the office 2 days per week. Support for relocation to Berlin is available.

What you will do- Build and scale AI agents capable of reasoning, tool calling, and interacting with internal data systems.
- Develop and maintain RAG pipelines using vector databases and semantic retrieval systems.
- Design and implement evaluation frameworks and safety guardrails for AI model performance and behavior.
- Implement observability, monitoring, and cost-visibility tools for LLM workloads.
- Collaborate with data scientists and platform engineers to integrate AI systems into the broader ML ecosystem.
- 4+ years of experience in production machine learning or backend engineering, particularly with LLMs.
- Proven experience shipping LLM-powered systems or AI agents into production.
- Strong programming proficiency in Python.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS or GCP.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Kafka, MLflow, or Kubeflow.
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or Llama Index.
- Experience with PyTorch or Hugging Face.
