Senior Salesforce Developer (Fintech):
Taking ownership of the bi-directional synchronisation service between Salesforce and core backend systems, improving and modernising the existing Salesforce codebase, and developing new features. Focus on optimizing sales processes and automation, partnering with Sales and Operations to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, and designing scalable architectures.

Car On Sale  is building the leading B2B marketplace for the professional automotive trade across Europe.

• Take full ownership of the bi-directional synchronisation service between Salesforce and our core backend systems.
• Improve and modernise the existing Salesforce codebase, and develop new features from scratch.
• Work closely on Sales Cloud implementations, continuously optimise sales processes and automation.
• Partner with Sales and Operations to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Build integrations with backend systems and third-party services, working with event-driven architectures.
• Help evolve internal processes and structures, implement best practices in Salesforce development.

• 5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud.
• Deep understanding of backend integrations and distributed systems, experience with event‑driven architectures.
• Strong command of Apex, SOQL, SQL.
• Solid front‑end knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (Type Script is a plus).
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
