Du gestaltest die KI im Kern von Protocol Hero:
Agenten, die Dokumente verstehen, Vorlagen vorschlagen und Protokolle automatisch befüllen. Als Tech Lead übernimmst du Verantwortung für Architektur, Qualität und die Weiterentwicklung des Teams.
- Du entwickelst und verantwortest unsere KI-Features von der Idee bis zur Produktion.
- Du triffst Architektur-Entscheidungen und setzt technische Standards.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Produkt und Design an einer nahtlosen User Experience.
- Du gibst dein Wissen weiter und entwickelst das Engineering-Team mit.
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Software-Entwicklung, idealerweise mit LLMs/KI.
- Sicherer Umgang mit modernen Web-Technologien (TypeScript, React/Next.js, APIs).
- Erfahrung mit Architektur, Code-Qualität und Skalierung.
- Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und ein Team technisch zu führen.
- Ein Produkt mit echtem KI-Fokus und realen Anwendungsfällen.
- Viel Eigenverantwortung und Einfluss auf die Produktrichtung.
- Ein ambitioniertes, wertschätzendes Team.
