The role

We're building a new AI-powered product that automates insurance business processes end-to-end, and we're looking for an experienced .NET engineer to help shape it.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable backend services using .NET 10 and Temporal-based durable workflows
  • Own features end-to-end across our stack, from the .NET backend to the Vue 3 + Type Script frontend
  • Manage Kubernetes deployments and configuration using Helm charts
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the team
  • Drive architectural decisions and technical planning for the product
  • Establish quality controls across the stack: from automated testing to evaluating the correctness of LLM-driven results
What we are looking for

  • 10+ years professional software development experience
  • Strong expertise in C# and the .NET 10 ecosystem
  • Experience implementing scalable solutions for complex systems
  • Experience designing multi-tenant systems and integrating identity/access management (e.g. Keycloak or similar)
  • Experience with Vue and modern frontend development patterns
  • Practical experience with Entity Framework Core and relational databases
  • Understanding of containerization concepts and CI/CD pipelines
  • Comfortable owning Dev Ops and deployment (Kubernetes, Helm)
  • Ability to learn a new language or framework well without being dependent on one set of skills
  • Hands-on experience building LLM-powered features (prompting, structured output, evaluation) is a big plus
Personal Skills
  • Demonstrated problem-solving leadership with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges
  • Strong analytical skills to understand business requirements in the insurance domain and translate them into technical implementations
  • Excellent communication skills for articulating technical decisions to diverse stakeholders
