Technical Support Specialist

Facilitate communication among customer, sales managers, and HQ to resolve technical issues related to equipment in various application segments.

• Showcase technical expertise in multiple application segments.
• Support sales with effective product demonstrations.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of relevant products.
• Participate in product evaluations.
• Conduct training and presentations.
• Submit technical papers and reports.
• Provide programming and process support.
• Assist in trade show efforts.
• Travel up to 30%. (Mostly M-Th, occasionally weekend for trade shows)
• Collaborate on product development.
• Establish technical procedures.
• Adhere to ISO policies.
• Lead team in resolving technical challenges.

• Associate of Science degree (is a plus) and four years of relevant experience. (3-5 years is acceptable)
• Proficiency in robotic/automated equipment programming.
• CAD skills (Solid Edge and AutoCAD).
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under supervision.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and tools.

Strong communication skills with customers via phone, email and face to face

Influential, persuasive

Must have at least 3 years of robotics, whether at a robotics company, integrator, or factory working ON robots, troubleshooting and programming etc.

Electrical 24V experience, and PLC's are a plus (AB)

Extracurricular activities must be Mechanical, Electrical or Sftw in nature: racing or fixing cars, building robotics, computers etc

If they come from a A3 certified integrator this is a HUGE plus.

Opportunity for schooling and promotions

Position is onsite in Southwest Ohio M-F 8-5pm, Most integrators have you at a customer for weeks at a time, they do not. Travel is minimal.
