Position Type: Athletics/Activities/ Coaching
Milton-Union High School is seeking a highly motivated and student-centered individual to serve as Head Varsity Girls Soccer Coach. This position will oversee all aspects of the girls soccer program and work closely with the athletic department to promote excellence in academics, athletics, and character development.
Responsibilities- Lead, organize, and manage the varsity girls soccer program
- Develop student-athletes both on and off the field
- Plan and conduct practices, games, and offseason programs in compliance with OHSAA regulations
- Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, staff, and administration
- Maintain equipment and facilities in coordination with the athletic department
- Previous coaching experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to student-athlete development and education-based athletics
- Must meet all OHSAA, state, and district coaching certification requirements
- Must obtain and maintain a valid Ohio Pupil Activity Permit
- Must pass BCI and FBI background checks
