The cheerleading Coach is responsible for assisting with the choreography and teaching cheer routines to the cheerleading squad. The Coach also leads the JV Team by setting and conducting practice times after academic classes and supervising the team at all sporting events and other activities to promote school spirit.
Qualifications- Ability to work with teenagers and guide them to success.
- Preferred: previous experience as a competitive Cheerleader Coach at middle/high school level.
- Effective coaching techniques and thorough knowledge of the sport's rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques.
- Availability to attend after school practices and all sporting events.
- Current Pupil Activity Permit or completion of the training requirement to obtain one issued by the Ohio Department of Education.
