** Ihre Rolle
*** Coordination and processing of shipping orders for national and international customers
* Preparation of shipping and export documents (e.g., customs documents, delivery notes, invoices)
* Communication with shipping companies, customers, and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery
* Customs clearance and compliance with export regulations, as well as cooperation with authorities
* Monitoring of stock levels and coordination with production planning
* Complaint processing in the area of shipping and logistics

* Working hours:

40-hour week, usually Monday–Friday, with flexitime from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
** Ihr Profil
*** Completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding agent, industrial clerk, or a comparable qualification
* Professional experience in logistics, shipping, or export processing is desirable
* Confident use of ERP systems and MS Office
* Knowledge of customs and export regulations (ATLAS, Incoterms, preferential rights) is an advantage
* Good written and spoken German and English skills
* Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
