• Responsible for providing shipping and receiving needs for the department and purchasing items for the maintenance department, including ordering of stock and non-stock items and processing routine forms, reports and documents in accordance with policy.
• Communicate with co-workers, subordinates, and those of higher authority.
• Maintain cleanliness of parts department and parts storage bins and lockers.
• Ship and receive all supplies and parts; distribute parts and packages to appropriate persons or department.
• Maintain purchase order and inventory records.
• Purchase maintenance parts and supplies and ensure accurate inventory control.

The individual in this position must be capable of performing all essential functions with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Assignment Complexity – Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situation or data requires a review of identifiable factors. Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.

Accountability – Use professional concepts and corporate policies and procedures to solve a variety of problems.

Impact of Decisions – Moderate impact on corporate operations and fiscal health.

Working Relationships – Regular interaction with peers and management concerning matters of moderately complex scope and discretion.

Scope – Work on problems moderately complex in scope. Normally receive general instructions for routine work with detailed instruction on new assignments.

Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.

This is an entry-level position. Solid interpersonal and analytical skills required. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Generally prefer 0-2 years of related experience.
