As a Bus driver, the team member is expected to transport our most important assets, our team members between facilities in a safe manner. Other duties include assist in the warehouse and other sanitation/recycling duties as needed. A valid CDL Class A license is preferred but not required. The primary schedule is Sunday
- Thursday, 11:00p-7:00a but must be willing to work overtime.
- Safely drive company vehicles and use proper skills to transport people as well as dry, refrigerated, and frozen food product
- Ensure food safety by monitoring truck temps per our SOPs, following sanitation rules, and ensuring seals are in place
- Complete pre and post trip inspection on truck and trailer
- Report any equipment failures and vehicle damage immediately to supervisor so that proper repairs can be made in a timely manner
- Unload material within the warehouse
- Report defects, damages, or discrepancies
- Operate forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment
- Load completed meals for shipment to NJF
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work area
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
- High school or GED equivalent
- Tractor-trailer driving experience
- Forklift certification or willing to obtain certification
- Demonstrated commitment to following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and other food safety rules

- Valid CDL A preferred but not required
- 53’ enclosed tractor-trailer driving experience
- Material handling and inventory experience
- 14 Passenger bus or similar experience
- Regularly required to use hands to feel, grab, or operate objects, tools, and controls while reaching with hands and arms
- Frequently required to stand, communicate, and listen
- Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel or crouch
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- Able to perform repetitive movements
- Able to work in variable temperatures (cold/hot)
