Milacron is looking for an International Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Batavia, Ohio (onsite). In this position, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day international import and export activities, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely movement of goods to support Milacron's global operations.
Work You'll Do:
- Prepare, review, and maintain international shipping documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and export control documents.
- Coordinate international shipments with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers, ensuring schedules and lead times are followed.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations, including ITAR, EAR, and AES filing requirements.
- Monitor shipments in transit and proactively resolve documentation issues, delays, or customs holds.
- Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and shared document repositories; support labeling and shipment preparation activities as needed.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 2-5 years of experience in international logistics, import/export operations, or global trade compliance.
- Working knowledge of international shipping documentation and Incoterms.
- Familiarity with U.S. import and export regulations and customs processes.
- Experience coordinating day-to-day international shipments in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Customs brokerage experience or trade compliance certification preferred.
