• Driver average pay $90,000 to $95,000 per year. Top drivers earn $100,000+.
• Up to $7,500 CDL‑A Driver Retention Bonus.
• $3,000 CDL‑A Driver Referral Bonus.
• Pay structure based on hours, miles, cases, stops.

• Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection reports.
• Verify bill of lading and store keys for off‑hour delivery accuracy.
• Drive tractor‑trailer to destinations, applying commercial driving regulations and vehicle maneuvers.
• Maintain driver log (manual or People Net) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions.
• Unload trailer, delivering products into customer premises.
• Other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English for job‑related tasks effectively and safely.
