Ruan is hiring Class A CDL drivers for our operation based in Fort Wayne, IN, to haul batteries for our national dedicated customer. This position requires a Hazmat endorsement within 60 days of hire, which Ruan can assist to obtain. For more information, please call our Recruiting Hotline at .
PayEarn $31.50 per hour with overtime after 40 hours and $25 per diem. Average $98,000 per year and $1,900 per week. Drivers are paid every Friday.
ScheduleDrivers typically depart on Sunday afternoon with multi‑stop loads, and may take 2‑3 loads per week. Drivers will be home weekly, typically seeing weekend home time.
EquipmentDrivers are assigned automatic late‑model Freightliner Sleeper cabs. This position requires the driver to unload at each stop using a lift gate and electric pallet jack.

Minimum Requirements- Must be at least 22 years or older
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
- No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years

- 9 months of tractor‑trailer experience within the past three years
