The Class A Truck Driver will transport flour, grain and other materials regionally, delivering for our customers between Hereford, TX and Utah. Salary is $2,590 per week. Drivers will relay pre‑loaded pneumatic trailers from Hereford to Crescent Junction, UT for $875 per trip at three relays per week. Drivers may also make full round‑trip loads to Richmond, UT for $1,295 per round‑trip, with an expectation of two rounds per week.

The driver will drop and hook loads of wheat and flour home weekly, and during the week on relays.

Other responsibilities include:

• Ensuring compliance with DOT and safety regulations
• Pre‑trip and post‑trip equipment checks and reporting deficiencies to the supervisor
• Professional customer service and on‑time delivery
• Reporting delayed deliveries to the supervisor
• Operating across all shifts, including evenings, weekends and overnight duties
• Transporting flour, grain, liquids and other materials throughout North America
• Assisting with missed loads, moving trailers, and preloading as needed
• Confirming accuracy of BOL, seals and trailer numbers
• Reporting discrepancies before departure
• Identifying and mitigating safety hazards
• Reporting and cleaning up spills
• Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Assisting in loading/unloading freight if required
• Keeping the tractor clean inside, including bi‑weekly wash
• Re‑sealing trailers when empty
• Reporting detention and delays of over two hours to the supervisor
• Remaining outside of the cab during loading or unloading in all weather conditions
• Ensuring no pets are in company equipment
• Performing other assigned tasks

CDL Truck Driver

Qualifications:

• Class A CDL with verifiable tractor‑trailer experience, preferably in grain hopper, dry van or bulk pneumatic vehicles
• Minimum 2 years of experience within the past 5 years
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures

• Cranking of handles, lifting as needed, long periods of sitting while operating a CMV, climbing ladders of liquid trailers to open & close dome lids with 3‑point contact, swinging a mallet repeatedly
