Class A CDL Driver – OTR

Company provides company-owned equipment at no cost to the driver. Work is based on customer needs and all routes are non‑dedicated.

• Transport finished goods and raw materials across long‑distance routes.
• Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and mileage records.
• Secure cargo and comply with DOT and company safety regulations.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route status, delays, and incidents.
• Report defects, accidents, or violations.

• Valid Class A CDL (minimum 2 years, 4+ months of tractor‑trailer experience).
• No recent moving or driving violations.
• Age 21–75 (insurance requirements).
• Clean background check and drug test.
• Ability to lift 90‑lb tarp and drive long hours.
• Good communication and organization skills.

• Guaranteed mileage pay (cent‑per‑mile or weekly).
• Detention, layover, stop, and tarp pay.
• In‑field maintenance pay ($200/day).
• Vacation, paid holidays, and PTO.
