Job Requirements Management or supervisory role experience in fleet, diesel, or trailer repair

Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, trailer systems, and transport refrigeration units

Experience with DOT compliance, safety protocols, and repair procedures

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Valid driver’s license

Obtain a toolbox and required tools

High school diploma or equivalent️ What You’ll DoLead and develop shop teams across multiple shifts

Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and communication

Oversee technician training and performance reviews

Manage shop scheduling, workloads, and project coordination

Maintain safety programs and conduct inspections

Support hands-on shop work during peak times

Track department performance and drive efficiency improvements

Build strong relationships with vendors and customers

Promote a positive, high-performance team culture
