Bulk Driver – Delphos, OH

Pay: $32.30/hr schedule:
Monday – Friday, 40 hours guaranteed. Equipment:
Class A Tractor Trailer.

• Deliver Ammonia products to local customers on a scheduled route or intermittently.
• Record deliveries and pick‑ups on a load manifest and obtain signatures from customers.
• Listen to and address service inquiries and customer needs.
• Collaboratively manage loading/unloading truck procedures.
• Perform pre and post‑trip vehicle inspections, document deficiencies, and ensure all safety items are in excellent working order.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional personal appearance and vehicle appearance.
• Safely perform SOPs related to the handling of Anhydrous ammonia.
• Communicate in person with customers to ensure alignment on all SOPs.
• Maintain load manifests and all vehicle documents, ensuring accuracy and balance with truck counts before and after deliveries.
• Ensure safety standards are maintained for the well‑being of the team and community.
• Read and comprehend material safety data sheets.
• Deliver hazardous cargo for up to 8 hours; frequent bending expected.
• Possible overnight stays may be required.

• At least 25 years old.
• Class A CDL with at least 2 years of CDL A experience within the last 4 years.
• Must satisfy all Tanker and Hazmat endorsement criteria before job acceptance.
• No preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• No more than 2 minor tickets in the last 3 years.
• No serious violation ticket (speeding 15+ mph, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years.
• No suspensions of CDL in the last 3 years except for failure to pay child support.
• No DUI in the last 7 years.
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs or more.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• 2 years Tanker experience.
