Technical Maintenance of Interiors

As a Technical Maintenance of Interiors you will be responsible for ensuring the correction of cabin defects of the fleet aircraft to maintain good appearance, functionality, and comfort. As well as externally verifying and correcting defects in the signaling of the aircraft. Likewise supporting the preparation for painting works, all in compliance with current regulations and manuals as well as operational and occupational safety policies.

Main Functions:

• Maintain the interior and exterior appearance of the aircraft in the best conditions.
• Perform the work with the best quality, avoiding rework and waste of material.
• Ensure operational and occupational safety as a priority during the development of appearance work inside and outside the aircraft.
• Comply with the work processes indicated by the manufacturer's manuals, authorities, and any other official document.
• Perform the appearance work in compliance with the established times for its execution.
• Care for and maintain the equipment and tools used in the development of their activities.

Knowledge or skills required:

• Experience in maintenance of aircraft appearance.
• Basic knowledge:
  Beginner 1 – 3 years of experience in the position.
• Preparatory.
• Experience:
  
  Maintenance of aircraft appearance / Application of protective coatings for aircraft.
• Course preparation surfaces
  - Desirable but not limiting.
• Course familiarization A320 family
  - Desirable but not limiting.
• Handling and interpretation of manuals.
• Basic English (reading manuals and specifications).

Availability to reside in MTY or GDL.
