Objective:
Process the shipments according to the requirements of the OPS manual, ensuring that the load is handled correctly and in the predicted times, offering excellent service to both external and internal customers.
Description of activities:
- Control of prealerts of new shipments.
- Filling of system screens in accordance with the KPIs marked by the OPS.
- Control of shipments via Gateway.
- Notification of new shipments to the internal customs department.
- Follow-up of status and confirmations of arrival with airlines avoiding delays or notifying them for their control.
- Entry of events in the system in accordance with the KPIs marked by the OPS.
- Notification of arrival to various clients with report.
- Collection of expenses in destination for clients without credit.
- Revalidation of Cisco guides and various clients.
- Payments to airlines.
- Control of the revolving fund of Schenker.
- Request of units to DCS.
- Billing of desconsolidations and expenses in destination to EI offices.
- Notifications to airlines and warehouses for the management of special shipments.
- Support to HP Operations for the sealing and delivery of units.
Requirements: 6 months of experience
- Basic knowledge of air transport documentation
- Interpersonal relationship skills with colleagues and clients and suppliers
- Organizational skills
- Computer knowledge
- English (Intermediate - Advanced)
