Job Summary

Med Trans is Medline's fleet of professional drivers that delivers lifesaving medical products directly to commercial and residential customers. Our fleet includes 1,900+ trucks equipped with newer equipment, and we manage a network of over 50 distribution centers nationwide, offering one‑day shipping to 95% of the United States.

The Driver operates a Class A vehicle to transport life‑saving medical products to local customers, building positive relationships with in‑person support and ensuring timely, accurate, and safe deliveries.

• Load and secure product from the Medline Facility into a truck.
• Safely operate a Class A vehicle between the Medline Facility and multiple customer destinations on a delivery route while abiding by Medline's safety regulations.
• Unload and deliver product at customer facilities, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Provide in‑person support to the customer, addressing questions and providing documentation upon delivery.
• Communicate with the dispatching team regarding necessary adjustments to the delivery route or schedule to meet customer needs and maintain safe operations.
• Maintain a travel and cargo log in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policy.
• Perform vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation and sufficient fuel levels for continued use.

• Minimum 2 years of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Class A CDL; licensed to operate the assigned vehicle.
• Ability to meet Federal and State requirements for operation of commercial motor vehicles.
• Clean driving record with no serious violations.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Salary range: $24.50 – $35.50 per hour; actual salary will vary based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
