Compensation & Miles

Brady drivers enjoy predictable earnings and real miles every week.

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,800–$2,300

• Weekly Miles: 2,800–3,500 (paid on actual miles)

• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000

• Home Time: 3 weeks out, 1 week home

• Fuel Network: EFS card with preferred fueling at Love's

• Freight Type: Primarily pneumatic trailers, liquid tanks, and vac trailers

Driver Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• 21 years or older

• 1 year of verifiable driving experience , OR a mix of accredited driving school + experience

• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen

• SAP drivers accepted upon successful program completion

Looking for steady, reliable long-haul freight with zero freight handling? We have immediate openings for Class A CDL drivers on a dedicated beverage fleet hauling dry van loads nationwide.

Pay & Route Details:

• Weekly Target: $1,254 – $1,452 per week
• Annual Range: $65,200 – $75,500 annually
• Mileage Rate: $0.57 to $0.66 CPM (scales with experience)
• Average Miles: ~2,200 miles weekly
• Home Time

  2 to 3 days off following every 2 to 3 weeks on the road
• Freight Specs: 100% No-Touch (Drop & hook + live loads/unloads)
• Communication: Daily ETA updates required for appointment scheduling

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience within the last 6 months .
• Credentials: Active Class A CDL license and valid DOT Medical Card.
• Parking Requirement: Must have access to a safe and secure parking location for the equipment during home time reset periods.
• Screening: Clean driving history and ability to pass DOT background check and pre-employment drug testing (hair & urine).
