365 Freight USA is seeking new CDL-A graduates to join a paid mentor program. You'll spend 4-6 weeks on the road with an experienced trainer, learning the ropes before going solo in your own truck.
During training you'll master safe driving, trip planning, pickups, deliveries, and pre-/post-trip inspections while communicating with dispatch. After graduation, you’ll begin solo driving on the open road with real on-the-job experience.
