FORKLIFT OPERATOR / DOCK WORKER

Location:

Johnstown, OH

Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Mancan Staffing is hiring Forklift Operators / Dock Workers for a distribution facility in Johnstown, Ohio.

Pay:
• $18.00/hour for candidates with equipment operating experience
• $17.00/hour for candidates without equipment experience

Equipment experience may include forklifts, scissor lifts, electric pallet jacks (EPJ), or similar equipment. Candidates with equipment experience will meet with the company prior to onboarding for consideration for a driver position.

IMPORTANT:
This is still a physical position. Drivers will NOT be operating equipment 100% of the time and are expected to perform all Dock Hand duties as needed.

Job Duties:

• Operate forklifts or other equipment as assigned

• Load and unload trailers by hand

• Move and organize boxes and materials

• Label cartons for outbound shipments

• Wrap and prepare pallets

• Assist with receiving incoming truckloads

• Stand, walk, lift, and move materials throughout the shift

Candidates should be dependable, hardworking, and comfortable performing physical dock work in addition to operating equipment.
