Warehouse Assistant Supervisor; Warehouse & Export

Job Purpose

The Inbound & Outbound Supervisor supports daily warehouse receiving and dispatch activities and assists with export documentation and shipment coordination
. The role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
.

• Assist in supervising receiving, unloading, and put-away of goods.
• Check incoming goods against delivery documents and system records.
• Report damages, shortages, or discrepancies to the superior.
• Ensure proper labelling and storage of goods.

• Support picking, packing, and dispatch of outbound orders.
• Ensure shipments are prepared accurately and on time.
• Assist with urgent and priority shipments when required.
• Check outbound documents such as Delivery Orders and packing lists.

• Assist in preparing export documents such as:
  • Commercial Invoice
  • Packing List
  • Export Permit
  • Air Waybill / Bill of Lading
• Ensure document details match the physical cargo.
• Coordinate with internal teams and freight forwarders for export shipments.
• File and maintain export documentation properly.

• Support cycle counts and stock checks when required.
• Help investigate stock discrepancies under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation in the work area.

• Follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Update superior on daily inbound, outbound, and export activities.
• Escalate issues or delays promptly.

• Perform any other tasks or duties as assigned by the superior or management

• 1–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations
• Willingness to learn export documentation processes
• Basic computer skills
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions
