Warehouse Associate

Join Charger Water Treatment Products as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for a dependable and efficient Warehouse Associate to support our operations in Poland, Ohio. In this role, you will be a vital part of our supply chain, responsible for assembling, receiving, organizing, and preparing water treatment products for shipment.
 Responsibilities:
 Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy.
 Assemble water treatment products as per company standards.
 Pick, pack, and prepare orders for distribution.
 Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces.
 Assist with inventory counts and stock management.
 Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
 Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
 Monday
-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm
 High school diploma or equivalent.
 Previous warehouse or assembly experience preferred.
 Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 Proficient communication and teamwork capabilities.
 Basic computer skills for handling inventory systems.
 Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
 Reliable transportation and punctuality.
 Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday.
 $18 / hour
 Quarterly bonuses when goals are met, and dependent on your Internal Audit Score.
