The Warehouse & Logistics Operations Manager will provide leadership and mentoring to the Warehouse team members, and oversee all aspects of the Warehouse Operations including, but not limited to, inventory control, logistics, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving coordination, external distribution centers, and 3PL relationships, with a heavy focus on process optimization and operational efficiency.

• Oversees daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping, to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Leads, trains, and mentors the Warehouse team, fostering a culture of accountability, productivity, and continuous improvement. This role is responsible for performance management and development of their team.
• Utilizes the ERP system to track inventory levels, monitor inbound/outbound shipments, and maintain accurate warehouse records and reports.
• Manages external/offsite distribution centers, and ensures their practices match those of internal Warehouse.
• Implements and enforces Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control standards within the warehouse, ensuring a clean, organized, and audit‑ready environment.
• Coordinates with 3PLs for cost‑effective, timely external warehousing, distribution, and transportation services.
• Manages 3PL relationships, and collaborates with Procurement for contract negotiations.
• Identifies and executes process optimization initiatives to improve warehouse layout, streamline workflows, and increase operational efficiency.
• Conducts regular inventory counts and audits, reconciling discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy and optimal stock levels.
• Collaborates with Procurement and Production teams to coordinate inventory needs and align warehouse activities with overall supply chain demands.
• Ensures accurate, timely, and cost‑effective order fulfillment and shipping options to customer locations.
• Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyzes requirements to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates.
• Ensures compliance with all industry regulations and safety standards (including OSHA guidelines), maintaining a safe work environment through routine safety training and inspections.
• Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations (e.g., order accuracy, on‑time shipments, inventory turnover) and uses data to drive continuous improvement.
• Analyzes warehouse data using Excel to identify trends, forecast inventory needs, and optimize stock levels. Creates detailed reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and support decision‑making.

• ERP Proficiency:
  Hands‑on experience with the CyFrame ERP system (or similar enterprise resource planning software) for inventory and warehouse management.
• GMP & Quality:
  In‑depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and experience implementing these practices in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Inventory Control:
  Strong understanding of inventory control techniques, warehouse best practices, and overall supply chain principles.
• Regulatory Compliance:
  Familiarity with industry regulations and safety compliance requirements, including OSHA standards for warehouse operations and experience working within an ISO or SQF Certified facility.
• Leadership:
  Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in recruiting, training, and developing high‑performing warehouse teams.
