Data Center Associate – D-Shift Thu-Sun 6:00pm‑4:30pm

• Provide and maintain effective material orders, customer service, and inventory management.
• Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers.
• Perform quality checks on inbound and outbound freight, verifying part numbers and quantities, and ensuring materials are in pristine condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and place replenishment orders for critical spare parts on site at the datacenter.
• Process return shipments of electronic components using multiple warehouse management systems.
• Place server racks on the datacenter floor using laser measuring devices with 100 % accuracy.
• Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks following diagrams and schematics.
• Install rack hardware using hand, power, and measuring tools.
• Operate material‑handling equipment such as straddle stackers, rack movers and electric pallet jacks.
• Perform cleanup activities to ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to 5S standards.
• Push, pull and lift frequently throughout the workday.
• Daily adherence to safety and process procedures.
• Maintain punctuality, reliability, attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Cross‑train in multiple departments within the datacenter as needed.

• 1–3 years of related experience.
• Good interpersonal and customer‑service skills, with the ability to forge positive working relationships with stakeholders.
• Critical‑thinking and analytical skills for confident decision‑making.
• Experience with computers and knowledge of electrical safety and static‑discharge protocols.
• Capacity to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company‑required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.

Base pay range: $21.00 – $21.00 per hour, with final compensation determined by experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location.
