 Principal Accountabilities:

 Processing shipping/receiving documents
 Data entry to our computer systems(SAP)
 Work closely with the warehouse, plant personnel and customer service
 Reconciliation of process/order sheets related to inventory management
 Communicate with trucking companies for delivering our products and bringing in ingredients (email, phone calls).  
 Managing and maintaining inbound/outbound schedule
 Communicate with carriers and interact with truck drivers and dispatch
 Coordinate with warehouses on site for deliveries/pick-ups
 Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
 Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
 Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
 Must be 18 years or older
 High School Diploma/GED equivalent
 Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 55lbs, kneeling, sitting, climbing, and twisting, with or without reasonable accommodation
 Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
 Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
 Ability to use a computer and office equipment
 Working knowledge of Microsoft office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word
 Ability to work overtime including holidays, weekends with advance notice

Preferred Qualifications:

6 months or more experience in administrative roles, production or working at a warehouse
 Knowledge of the feed business and its logistical systems
 SAP or WMS experience in a warehouse environment
