Shift: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, Monday - Friday Base Pay + Shift Differential ($1.50 per hour) Build Your Career with a Leading Electrical Distributor Mars Electric, one of Northeast Ohio's premier independent electrical distributors, is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. What You Will Do Receive inbound shipments from suppliers accurately and within 24 hours of arrival Document and file OS&D (Over, Short & Damaged) receipts and partner with procurement to file carrier/supplier claims Put away materials in the correct bin locations and verify accuracy in our warehouse management system Drive continuous improvement by identifying cost savings and process improvement opportunities Follow all Mars Electric safety procedures — every shift, every task What you Bring High school diploma Previous warehouse experience preferred ERP and MS office experience 1-3 years of progressive warehouse operations experience (or a relevant combination of education and experience) A strong aptitude for warehouse operations and a track record of safety, customer service, and efficiency Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple priorities Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and bend, stand, and reach throughout the day Ability to work the 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift, Monday through Friday.
