Warehouse Specialist - Overnight

Overview

We are expanding our team at the West Jefferson Distribution Center with a Warehouse Specialist role. In this position you will support our retail partners by handling received, stocked, ordered, and shipped merchandise while contributing to a culture that prioritizes safety and teamwork.

Base pay ranges from $20.50 to $23.25 per hour. In addition, eligible workers may earn up to $1.92 in incentive pay based on performance.

• Receiving – unload freight using forklift or other power equipment, process products via RF scanner at the dock, and prepare items for stocking.
• Stocking – use RF scanner to resupply bins, maintain inventory on the floor, and prepare for order picking.
• Order Filling – use voice‑directed headset to select and stage merchandise, efficiently fulfill orders by foot or forklift.
• Shipping – operate forklift or power equipment to load product onto outgoing trailers.
• Operate safely and support a safety‑centric culture, actively participating in safety meetings and initiatives.

• Minimum age 18.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, stoop, squat, kneel, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shift options.
• Safety champion: promote and uphold a safe work environment.
• Highly motivated, detail‑oriented, and self‑starter.
• Preferred: prior experience in warehousing, distribution, light manufacturing, or construction.
• Preferred: familiarity with operating warehousing power equipment.
• Preferred: comfort using voice‑directed systems.
