2nd shift Forklift Operator

Forklift Operator – Join CJ Logistics America’s dynamic warehouse team. You will safely maneuver sit‑down forklifts to load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets, ensuring orders move smoothly and customers stay satisfied.

• Pay Range: $19.30 per hour + $0.50 shift differential per hour
• Eligible for a bi‑weekly productivity bonus in addition to base pay
• Schedule:
  
  2nd Shift (Monday – Friday, 4 pm – 12:30 am)

• Safely operate SIT DOWN forklifts to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Master loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
• Assist with manual case picking when directed
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels, and resolve count discrepancies
• Replenish products in the right bays to keep the warehouse moving
• Tackle other duties within training and expertise

• 6+ months of recent sit‑down forklift experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
• Bonus for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification
