Forklift Operator

Bath & Body Works is seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to join our Warehouse & Manufacturing team in the retail distribution environment. You will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage products, supporting accurate and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities include following safety procedures, inspecting equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and collaborating with team members. Ideal candidates have prior forklift experience, a strong safety record, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload merchandise within the warehouse
• Handle inbound and outbound pallets of bath, body care, fragrance, and candle products for the retail distribution network
• Load and unload trailers, containers, and delivery vehicles while following weight distribution and load securing guidelines
• Stage, organize, and replenish inventory in designated warehouse locations to support retail store and e-commerce order fulfillment
• Use RF scanners or similar devices to scan, track, and verify products, pallets, and locations for accurate inventory control
• Follow all Bath & Body Works safety policies and OSHA regulations, including safe driving, speed limits, and use of required PPEComplete pre- and post-shift equipment inspections and promptly report any forklift or equipment issues or safety concerns
• Work closely with warehouse leads, supervisors, and team members to meet productivity, accuracy, and quality goals
• Support a clean, organized, and efficient work area by following 5
• S or similar housekeeping standards
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and other warehouse tasks as needed during peak retail seasons
