Location: Carlisle

Part-time or full-time, 25–40 hours per week with seasonal variability. Shifts available between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. Occasional Saturdays during peak season. Start date ASAP.

$16–22/hour based on experience

About the Role

This role is responsible for helping us feed our community and customers across the country by accurately packing and shipping orders from our farm. The Shipping & Fulfillment Associate ensures that plants, food products, and farm goods are packed carefully, labeled correctly, and shipped efficiently so customers receive the same quality experience they would if they visited our farm in person.

Attention to detail, organization, and pride in your work are essential in this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately from inventory
  • Carefully package live plants, roots, bulbs, and farm products for safe shipment
  • Prepare shipping labels and verify order contents before shipment
  • Maintain organization in the packing and shipping area
  • Monitor packing supply inventory and notify management when supplies are low
  • Assist with receiving and organizing incoming nursery or farm inventory
  • Help maintain packing systems and processes for efficiency
  • Assist with seasonal shipping surges (garlic, strawberries, nursery items, etc.)
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with light farm store tasks or other projects when shipping volume is lower
Compensation Package
  • $16–22/ hour based on experience
  • 25–40 hours per week average (seasonal variability)

Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
  • Ability to stay organized while working with multiple orders
  • Comfortable using computers, tablets, or shipping software
  • Able to work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand for extended periods while packing orders
  • Available to work 20–40 hours per week including occasional Saturdays during peak season
  • Available for shifts between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm
