Fulfillment Associate

Mom's Meals in Ankeny, IA is hiring a 2nd Shift Fulfillment Associate to help prepare and ship refrigerated, ready-to-heat meals nationwide. In this fast-paced role, you will accurately pick, pack, and label meal orders, support cold storage and staging, and follow strict food safety and sanitation standards. You'll work with a collaborative team to meet shift production goals while maintaining quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label meal orders accurately for shipment
• Operate basic warehouse equipment and follow production schedules
• Verify order accuracy and maintain quality and food safety standards
• Follow all safety, cleanliness, and sanitation procedures
• Assist with loading, staging, and organizing outgoing shipments
• Track inventory locations and report shortages or damages
• Collaborate with teammates to meet 2nd shift production goals
• Complete required logs, checklists, and documentation accurately
• Follow temperature control and cold-chain handling procedures
• Support continuous improvement and maintain a clean work area
